Short Bio: He was abandoned as a baby, left in a place run by Saiyans. Because of his race, he would usually be killed as they are known as enemies of Saiyans, but lucky for him he was found by a couple who could never harm a child. They believed he could be raised different to his predecessors. He was raised with Saiyan beliefs. He was found with a necklace that read "Chet" and so they believed it was his name. His nickname is 'Cheeta' because he is blessedly fast, making him perfect for quick 'in and out' missions.

Jeice is my 2nd favourite character in DBZ, coming close after Gohan. Yes. CLOSE after Gohan. I love Jeice so freaking much. And so I decided to make an OC based off his race, seen as I have been meaning to for years c:

He isn't in any way related to Jeice, other than being the same race. It's silly to think just 'cause he's a mutant he would be related to him xD

Anyways. I love him so much. He's one of my fave OC's of mine ;w;
And he's paired with *LeFrisbee's OC Scout >w< He's hopelessly inlove with her ever since he can remember x'DD

Even though he was raised by Saiyans, pretty much every Saiyan in his station hates him because of his race. He tries not to let it get to him, but obviously sometimes it does >:
He's shunned, and he would actually be a commander if he wasn't a mutant >.< Stupid Saiyans.

He is my fastest OC, period. He's so fast he can run across a mine field and not get blown to pieces 8D So he is known as "Cheeta" though not many would think it's him as he doesn't show his speed unless he has to xD
